To begin the reservation process...
- Complete and submit the following form.
- You will be contacted by email to confirm your reservation.
- A 30% deposit by check is required within 15 days of confirmation to guarantee your reservation of a site.
- The balance of your contract amountis due upon arrival. Checks are the prefferred method of payment. But we also accept cash, Visa and MasterCard. Make checks payable to: Crystal Lake Realty, LLC. Please mail them to:

- All credit card payments will have a 3% processing fee added to the total at the time of arrival.
- Cancellation notice of 15 days prior to arrival is required. Your prepayment will be refunded less a 20% processing fee (minimum $50).
- ALL ARRIVALS AND CHECK-IN DECEMBER-APRIL MUST BE MADE DURING RENTAL OFFICE HOURS
