Terms and Conditions
Crystal Lake Rentals at Crystal Lake RV Resort in Naples, FLTerms and Conditions:
RV types allowed: Class A, Class C, Fifth Wheel, or Travel Trailer.
Some sites are designated "Class A only" which is strictly enforced.
RV's must be at least 25' in length.
RV's older than 10 years will require photos sent for management approval.
A 30% deposit is required to hold the reservation. Deposits can be paid via credit card or by check upon request.
The balance of your contract amount is due one day prior to arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover for the balance.
A written cancellation notice (email is sufficient) of 30 days prior to arrival is required. Your deposit will be refunded less a 20% processing fee (minimum $50). Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the full deposit being forfeited.
Site assignment is confirmed upon arrival. Your paid deposit guarantees a reservation, but not the specific site location. Although a very rare occurrence, if the site becomes unavailable for any reason, your site location would be changed to another site of similar type and price point.
ALL ARRIVALS AND CHECK-INS MUST BE MADE DURING RENTAL OFFICE HOURS MONDAY-FRIDAY 9:00 - 4:00
SPECIAL SITUATION CHECK-IN ARRANGEMENTS (such as early arrival or after office hours arrival) MUST BE MADE WITH THE RENTAL OFFICE IN ADVANCE.
All arrivals must be during the hours the Gatehouse is staffed: 7am - 7pm.
Check out is before 11 AM
RV check-in is 1 PM
Park Model check-in is 3 PM
NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED IN PARK MODEL RENTALS
Early departure: If you need to end your stay early, Crystal Lake RV Resort does not issue credits or refunds.
Long length stay renters may rent a mailbox by leaving a $20 cash or check deposit with the Rental Office.
ANY DELIVERIES arriving before or after the reservation will be rejected. Mailbox rental is recommended during the stay if any packages are expected.
RV RENTERS:
Only 2 pets allowed per site. No exceptions. Registration required.
Use of Jack Pads is required!
INTERNET INFO: High speed internet is available by renting the lot’s WiFI Modem with a $150 check or cash refundable deposit (each modem has its own security key.) Wireless connectivity is available at both clubhouses and the library. Modems must be rented and returned in the Rental Office and during office hours only.
UTILITY TRAILERS cannot be left on lots. Storage space is very limited. You must make a pre-paid reservation with our office at the time you make your RV reservation.
TOW DOLLIES cannot be left on lots. Let us know IN ADVANCE if you have a tow dolly—it can be left behind the Administration/ Sales & Rental building at check-in and moved at no charge to our storage area. The renter can pick it up at departure from the storage area, or by request, the tow dolly can be brought back to the Admin. Bldg. parking lot.
